Sal San Agustin has been in the IT Industry since 1994 and started CTS Services, Inc. in Los Angeles (1997) with the concept that providing IT Services “can be better”. Relocating to Overland Park, Kansas in 1999, he has focused on working with clients to better their experience with IT Services through Customer Service, Reduced Cost, Greater Return on Investment and Education. Attributing the success and growth of CTSS to client success, Sal continues to focus on helping clients leverage the cost of IT Administration to the continued success of their business. Educated at California State University of Long Beach with a BS in Business Administration (Emphasis in Information Systems), BA in History, and a minor in French ... Sal holds certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, and SonicWall. He brings a wealth of industry experiences to the table including Project Management, Network Administration, Microsoft Server and Application products, VoIP Technology, Wireless Solutions, and Security.
Tim Miller, originating from Oswego, Kansas, has been in the IT Industry since 1998 with 14 years of experience. Joining the CTSS team in 2006, Tim brings his talent and expertise in Network and System Administration that includes Microsoft Products and Applications, VoIP technology, and Network Devices/Appliances.
Ben Ray has been in the IT Industry for 9 years starting in 2003. He has certifications in Comptia A+, Microsoft MCP, and Oaisys Tracer. Ben has tremendous proficiency with installation and support of Watchguard, SonicWall, Netopia, Netgear, and Linksys security devices for wired and wireless networks in addition Symantec Backup Exec from versions 8.0 thru 12.0. He also has a great deal of experience with BlackBerry Enterprise Servers and supporting end users for BlackBerry phones. Ben was born in the Kansas City area, currently lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and started his career at CTS Services Inc. in June of 2008.
Mike Bailey joined CTSS, Inc in March 2008. He hails from Overland Park, KS, with 19 years of experience in the Information Technology field. A graduate of DeVry (Kansas City) with a B.S. in Telecommunications Management (1993), he later graduated from National American University (Kansas City) with education in Microsoft Networking (2002). Mike's specialty is administration and support of Microsoft networks.
Josh Lovetere, part of the CTSS team since October 2008, has 9 years of combined Help Desk and Network/Systems Administration experience. Certified in Comptia A+ and Network+, he has specialized training and experience in Windows Network Administration, Wireless and VoIP technologies. He came to be with CTSS by way of Chicago, Springfield, Missouri and Tulsa, Oklahoma and now lives in Kansas City, Missouri. Originally working in Non-profit Management and Sport Marketing, he's been full-time IT since 2008 and served in part-time capacities for his entire professional career.
John Torpey, originally from Norwalk, Connecticut, began his IT career in June of 2008. With a previously successful career in real estate and restaurant management, he's earned his Comptia A+, Network+, and designation as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). John specializes in Windows Network Administration, Network Security and is particularly skilled in hardware repair. He's been a team member of CTSS since April of 2009, after working in IT for a major Kansas City transportation firm.
